iRecept: Under Developement

With the launch of our iPBeX Virtual Phone System (PBX) and VoIP Telephone service, we are enhancing our iRecept service to take advantage of this new telephony platform. Stay tuned for a relaunch date!

iRecept Virtual - Virtual Receptionist Details:

 
Account Number: :: This was given to you when you completed the sign up form.
 
Company Greeting: :: This greeting will be professionally recorded by our iVocal staff.
 
Upload company greetings: :: You may upload your own greeting for us to use as a guide or to make active on your account. You may attach a zip file with multiple audio files inside for additional recordings, information messages, voicemail greetings etc… Only wav, mp3, aiff, and zip files are allowed. Maximum 20MB
 


Create Call Queue?: :: Call Queues allow you to accept calls similar to a call center where callers wait on hold for the next available "agent."
 
Call Queue Name(s): :: Enter up to 5 short queue names followed by queue number (ex, Sales-1, Support-2)
 
Queue Timeout: :: Queue Timeout is the length of time before a queued caller is pulled from queue and transfered to voicemail (if enabled) or call terminated. (Default: 10 Minutes)

Queue Transfer Number: :: If queue transfer option is chosen, please select the queue number to be assigned to this menu option.
 
External Number: :: Enter number for transferred calls.
 





Add to external number to call queue?: :: You can add external numbers to up to 5 call center queues as your iRecept plan allows.
 
 
Information Message: :: Only with information message voicemail type.
 
Email Address: :: Used for voicemail to email feature. If a voicemail box is chosen for this menu option we will send a .wav file to this email address when a voicemail is received.
 
Assigned Name: :: You may assign a name or description to this menu option. (ex. Sales or John Smith)
